Prostoria

 

Prostoria (camera in Italiano) è il nome di una nuova fase per Kvadra, che dopo la conferma commerciale della sua qualità in produzione dei mobili imbottiti sta facendo una svolta strategica per esplorare il modo della vita in una camera.
L'ispirazione per il design di ogni prodotto si basa sulle storie personali di persone che passano e vivono nella camera, e la loro esperienza crea un nuovo rapporto tra le persone e gli oggetti. Una camera si trasforma così in un palcoscenico della vita, espressa in sinergia tra le idee innovative, tecnologia, artigianalità e le prestazioni superiori. Sono i dettagli quello che ci distingua e mentre i nostri divani affermano questo timbro unico d’individualità anche unificano quando le persone si siedono insieme.

Storie di design di Prostoria sono fate a questi principi, e la loro innovatività e stata riconosciuta nel 2012 con il premio Red Dot Award (Revolve divano, design: Numen / ForUse e Bratović&Borovnjak .

Il Design Council Tedesco ha assegnato il premio Interior Innovation Award 2014 ai nostri nuovi prodotti - Up- lift divano (design: Redesign ) e poltrona Polygon
(design: Numen / ForUse ). Il nostro centro di ricerca e sviluppo e la produzione si trovano vicino a Zagabria, Croazia, nella regione Zagorje.
Da qui, i nostri prodotti di qualità controllata sono inviati a tua casa, tua camera ...  tua Prostoria.

In uno spazio illuminato ogni oggetto ha l'ombra che fa la sua parte e influisce il suo aspetto. Con rimuovere le ombre ogni oggetto nella Prostoria (camera in italiano) puo essere visto per quello che è.

Prostoria (English room), is the name of a new phase for Kvadra, who,
following the commercial confirmation of its quality production of upholstered furniture, is making a strategic turn towards exploring the way of life in a room.
The inspiration behind each product’s design lies in the personal stories of those who pass through and live in the room, and this experience creates new and original
relationships between people and objects. A room is thus transformed into a stage on which life is acted out, expressed through the synergy between innovative ideas, technology, craftsmanship and overall premium performance.
Details are what allow individuals to stand out and while our sofas affirm this unique stamp of individuality,
they also unify when people sit down together.

Prostoria’s Design Stories are tailored to these principles, and their innovativeness was
recognised in 2012 with the Red Dot Award (Revolve sofa, design: Numen/ForUse and Bratović&Borovnjak).

The German Design Council awarded the prestigious Interior Innovation Award 2014 to our newest products — Up-lift sofa (design: Redesign) and Polygon armchair
(design: Numen/ForUse). Our research & development centre and production line are situated all together at Prostoria’s headquarters near Zagreb, Croatia, in the lush Croatian region of Zagorje. From here, our quality-controlled products are sent out to your home, your room… your Prostoria.

Temporary Museum for New Design

In an illuminated space every object has its shadow that is part of it and affects its appearance. By removing the shadows every object in Prostoria (English room) can be seen for what it is.
