Sono le decisioni spontanee ad aggiungere un pizzico di entusiasmo alle nostre vite. Celebriamo l’amicizia, i momenti più preziosi e le cose semplici. Tutto questo è Grillo: il barbecue portatile.
GRILLO può essere utilizzato in qualsiasi momento della giornata per uno spuntino improvvisato con gli amici, senza bisogno di fare programmi o impacchettare interminabili accessori. Il barbecue in acciaio inossidabile viene installato con un unico semplice gesto ed è pronto all’uso, senza la necessità di alcuna operazione di assemblaggio. Sempre.
L’intento era quello di creare un barbecue portatile, che non solo fosse leggero ed estremamente compatto, ma anche che offrisse un’altezza di cottura considerevole e una struttura sicura. Per fare ciò era necessario intraprendere una nuova strada, andando al di là di quello che oggi è il barbecue portatile. Svariate ricerche hanno portato alla scoperta di un metodo di ripiegamento unico nel suo genere, paragonabile a quello di un ombrello. Il semplice e robusto treppiede è l’ideale per le superfici irregolari e il piano di cottura a petalo di fiore non solo è artistico, ma può essere richiuso in uno spazio straordinariamente compatto.
Un’altra caratteristica chiave del prodotto è data dalla “Fire-Hammock”, unica nel suo genere: si tratta di una struttura flessibile con reticolo ad anelli in acciaio inossidabile, adatta a ogni tipo di combustibile solido. La composizione permeabile all’aria consente di accendere il fuoco dal basso, raggiungendo un’elevata intensità termica in breve tempo. Nondimeno, la fitta trama impedisce ai tizzoni ardenti di cadere, mantenendo la circostante struttura a treppiede fredda al tatto.
Grazie alla sua forma slanciata, una volta ricompattato, Grillo vanta innumerevoli vantaggi rispetto ai barbecue tradizionali. Non solo può essere trasportato e riposto con facilità, ma è anche semplice da pulire: è sufficiente richiudere la struttura pieghevole, immergere la superficie di cottura in acqua e strofinare con una comune spazzola.
La forma unica di Grillo non è altro che il risultato della sua funzione: ispirandosi al calore del fuoco tradizionale, si propone come il fulcro attorno cui ruotano i piacevoli momenti da trascorrere con gli amici.

GRILLO can be used casually for spontaneous meals with friends at any time of the day, without having to plan and pack endless cooking accessories. With a single movement, the stainless-steel barbecue can be deployed and ready to use without any sort of assembly. Always.
The mission was to design a ultra-portable barbecue which is not only light and very packable, but also offers a substantial cooking height and safe structure. To do this, a whole new direction needed to be taken and think beyond what the portable barbecue is today. After much exploration, the unique umbrella-like folding method was discovered. The simple, sturdy tripod footing is most suitable for uneven surfaces and the flower-petal cooking surface is not only artistic but also has the ability to fold itself into a miraculously small package.
Another key feature is the unique “Fire-Hammock”, a flexible stainless-steel ring-mesh construction which is safe for any kind of solid fuel. The breathable texture allows for the fire to be ignited from underneath and can achieve a strong heat in a short amount of time. Nevertheless, the tight mesh prevents glowing embers to fall through and the surrounding tripod structure stays cool to touch.
With its slender folded form, the Grillo has numerous advantages over conventional barbecues. Not only is it easier to carry and store, but is even easier to clean. Simply hold the folded structure together, dip the cooking surface in water and scrub with a common cleaning brush.
The unique Grillo form is purely a result of its function. It resembles the warmness typical fire, it is the centerpiece of good times with friends.
