La primavera è alle porte e dall’Asia una nuova onda creativa sta raggiungendo l’Europa: è la nuova filosofia di design di BARRIE HO Architecture, pronta a diffondersi al Fuorisalone
Barrie Ho, fondatore e direttore dello studio BARRIE HO Architecture Interiors Ltd (BHA) di Hong Kong è uno dei designer più influenti attualmente in attività nel territorio asiatico.
Vincitore di numerosi premi, tra i quali il prestigioso HKIA Cross-Strait Architectural Award 2013, L’Asia Pacific Property Awards 2013, il premio HKSAR Quality Building Awards nel 2012 e nel 2010 e il Dubai Cityscape Architectural Awards 2008, per un totale di più di 120 riconoscimenti in tutto il mondo da Dubai, agli USA, dal Regno Unito, al Giappone, Corea, Shanghai, Pechino, Taiwan e altre regioni dell’Asia, oggi questo designer di fama internazionale è orgoglioso di partecipare al Fuorisalone 2014 con una panoramica dei suoi progetti di architettura.
Con IRIS IN ASIA, Barrie Ho ha dato vita ad una ricerca stilistica che passa attraverso tre diversi tipi di architettura in simultanea al lavoro di esplorazione creativa condotto dal dipartimento R&D di Iris Ceramica. La forza della creatività di Barrie Ho e i prodotti Iris Ceramica si fondono per creare un progetto di architettura unico e completo.
Il lavoro di ricerca di Barrie Ho e Iris Ceramica si sono sviluppati in parallelo, concentrandosi e sfruttando al meglio i rispettivi punti di forza al fine di esplorare il mercato crescente dell’Estremo Oriente ed affidandosi all’esperienza e al know-how tipico della migliore tradizione ceramica italiana.
I 3 diversi tipi di progetti esposti dimostrano la vibrante energia dell’industria e dell’architettura asiatiche e la filosofia di design che caratterizza BARRIE HO Architecture: “Unificazione della Diversificazione”, un concetto volto a dimostrare come i prodotti Iris Ceramica rappresentino la soluzione più versatile per una grande varietà di progetti di architettura.

As spring is fast approaching, a new vibe from Asia reaches European continent: it’s the new design philosophy from BARRIE HO Architecture, spreading its word at Fuorisalone 2014
Barrie Ho, founder and director of the Hong Kong based architects firm BARRIE HO Architecture Interiors Ltd (BHA) is one of the most influential architectural designers of his generation practicing today in Asia.
The winner of the prestigious HKIA Cross-Strait Architectural Award 2013, Asia Pacific Property Awards 2013, HKSAR Quality Building Awards 2012 and 2010 and Dubai Cityscape Architectural Awards 2008 accumulating over 120 international prestigious awards from Dubai, USA, United Kingdom, Japan, Korea, Shanghai, Beijing, Taiwan and other regions in the Asia Pacific, is now proud to take part in Fuorisalone 2014 with an overview on its architectural design in Asia.
With IRIS IN ASIA he brings to life his research through three different types of Architectural Designs, thanks to the simultaneous exploration that Iris Ceramica has brought forward with its R&D department.
Together, the strength of Barrie Ho creativity and Iris Ceramica products gives life to a complete experience of Architecture.
The two researches have proceeded in a parallel way, capitalizing the strength of one another to explore the blooming of architectural markets in Far East and taking over there the expertise that only italian ceramic may guaratee.
The 3 different types of architecture on display demonstrates the vibrant architectural and industrial blooming in the Asian region as well as the unique design philosophy of BARRIE HO Architecture: “Unification of Diversification”, a philosophy that aims to demonstrate that the products of Iris Ceramica are the best architectural solutions for a wide variety of architectural skins.
